The graduate school journey can be exciting and arduous. It can be an emotionally challenging and stressful time even when it's going well. Research reveals that graduate students in STEM fields encounter even higher rates of stress including difficulty with life-work balance, feelings of imposter syndrome, isolation, and power imbalance.

To support our STEM students, we are offering a happiness workshop, which is part of an NSF-funded collaborative project between the graduate schools of the University of Montana, Montana Tech, and MSU-Billings.

Join Dr. John Sommers-Flanagan and Dr. Heidi Zetzer for a fun, interactive, and informative workshop on how to apply evidence-based happiness interventions to your life, and help combat grad school fatigue by prioritizing your own happiness and well-being.

Investing in yourself now will pay off for you in the long run!
