Thank you for completing the Athletes and Asthma Home Study CE speaker and program evaluation.  Upon completing the evaluation, you will be linked to a separate form that must also be completed to obtain your continuing education credit. Please note that CE will not be automatically awarded upon completing the forms. Per ACPE, the University of Montana must acquire all necessary participant requirements and upload CE within 60 days.
