Anyone with an idea or startup is welcome to attend sign up for free 20-minute rapid mentoring sessions at the SideCar with some of Early Stage Montana's expert advisors. Meet with mentors who have expertise in legal/Intellectual Property, Engineering, Strategy, and Growth/Sales.

Toni Tease is a registered patent attorney who practices in the areas of intellectual property and technology law. She runs her private practice in Billings, MT. Toni has filed more patent infringement cases than any other lawyer in Montana. She is admitted to practice in Montana, Wyoming, and New York. 

Mickeli Bedore


Mickeli is an expert salesperson with a penchant for growth hacking. He has mentored hundreds of startups to grow revenue and has created a live recorded podcast and show, Coffee & Closers, to share tips on what works today to grow revenue. He is based in Whitefish, MT. 

Tim Short


Tim is a sales executive with Salesforce based in Cooke City, MT. He has led software sales teams for startups throughout his career, shepherding them from startup through successful acquisition. He has deep expertise in retail, communications, media, technology, and public sector industry verticals.
