Survey of Pharmacists’ Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behaviors Related to Climate Change & Environmental Sustainability
You are invited to participate in a research study seeking to better understand pharmacists' and pharmacy students' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to climate change, environmental issues, and human health. This one-time, online survey should take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
Confidentiality and withdrawal
Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be kept anonymous to the degree permitted by the technology being used. We may use data that has been stripped of all identifying information and reported in aggregate for presentation or publication. You have the option to not respond to any questions that you choose, and your decision to participate will not impact your relationship with the University of Montana or the other institutions listed below. If you proceed with the survey, this will constitute your acknowledgement that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to the use of your survey responses for the purposes of this research.

We do not expect you to experience any significant risks as a result of completing this survey.
