What is a wellbeing support coordinator?

Master Level Social Work students who are working in partnership with UM Wellness and Leadership to provide prevention support for wellbeing related issues for students. 

 What services do we provide?
  • 1:1 well-being support for students in person or via zoom
  • Training and support for faculty/staff on ways to support student well-being
  • Assist students in accessing resources on and off campus 

What is an appropriate referral?
  • Support in coping with stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.
  • Sleep and Sleep hygiene
  • Time Management and Procrastination
  • Movement and Nutrition Assistance with finding the right resource for support.
